Description
After warning that Aram will return in the spring, the prophet’s word is fulfilled. At Aphek, the Israelites camp opposite the Arameans on the plains, appearing as two tiny flocks of goats against an army that covers the countryside. A man of God declares that because Aram thinks the LORD is only a god of the hills and not of the valleys, He will again give Israel victory.
