Description
When Jeroboam commands that the man of God be seized, the hand he stretches out suddenly withers and becomes useless. At the same time, the altar splits apart and its ashes pour onto the ground exactly as the prophet had foretold. Humbled and frightened, the king pleads for prayer, and the man of God intercedes so that Jeroboam's hand is restored.
